Rental Agreement

All hall bookings must comply with the Bonnyville Beach’s Rental Agreement. When renting a community hall, event or facility insurance can be purchased to cover potential liabilities. This insurance protects the renter and the facility in case of accidents, property damage, or injuries during the event.

 

Why is it needed?

Liability Protection: Event insurance covers potential legal and financial responsibility for accidents or injuries occurring during the event.

Peace of Mind: Event insurance provides a safety net, allowing hosts to focus on the event without worrying about potential financial repercussions from unforeseen incidents.

  • $175 half-day (4 hours or less)
  • $250 full-day (over 4 hours)
